At 4Tailors, we want to keep you in the loop every step of the way. That's why we send you a message to confirm your order and provide you with a delivery timeframe based on your selected area. If no delivery date is specified, it won't take longer than 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

 

Our orders are shipped through ACS during business hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Here's what you can expect in terms of delivery times:

 

  • Within Attica and Thessaloniki: 2 days from the time the products are sent to the carrier.
  • In the capital cities of Greece: 3 days from the time the products are sent to the carrier (excluding islands).
  • In other areas of Greece: 4 days from the time the products are sent to the carrier, except for remote areas where delivery may take up to 5 days.
  • Within the European Union: 8 days from the time the products are sent to the carrier.
  • Outside the European Union, including the USA and the rest of the world: 10 days from the time the products are sent to the carrier.

 

Rest assured, our company and partners take all necessary measures to ensure successful delivery of your ordered products. However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as force majeure or events that are out of our hands. Some examples include customs delays, loading and unloading areas, transportation strikes, or any other events that may affect the delivery of products from our warehouses by our partners.

 

In the event of any delays, we will make every effort to contact you using the contact details you provided in order to update you and discuss the new delivery time, alternative products, or cancel your order with a full refund.

 

Shipping costs:

 

  • For orders/shipping within Greece, with a total value over 50€, transportation is FREE throughout the entire country.

  • For orders/shipping within Greece, with a total value under 50€, transportation costs 3€ throughout the entire country.

  • For orders/shipping outside of Greece with a total value over €200 (VAT included), shipping is FREE.

  • For orders/shipping outside of Greece with a total value under €100 (VAT included), shipping costs €20.
