Return your order within 14 days by completing the Return Form. Please note that returns are not accepted after 14 days from the day of delivery. However, this time limit does not apply to defective products.

 

Returned products must be in the exact condition they were received, without any damages, defects, or signs of use. No labels or markings (such as stickers or brand markings) should be removed. The products should be complete and in their original packaging, and the package should include all necessary documentation.

 

We do not accept returns for products that are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons, such as swimwear. These products are delivered sealed, and therefore cannot be returned.

 

Return Process via Courier

 

If you wish to return your order, please fill out the necessary Return Form and prepare the package for return along with the purchase receipt. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange, deducting the return shipping costs from the product amount.

 

In-Store Returns at 4Tailors

 

You can return any of our products to our physical 4Tailors stores that serve you. In this case, you must visit the store and provide the receipt you received upon delivery, along with the product.

 

Refunds

 

If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving your request. If you choose to use a shipping company of our choice for the return of the product, a fee of 5 euros will be deducted from the refund amount. We will withhold the refund until we receive all the products back or until we receive proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes first. The refund will always be made using the same payment method used for your purchase.

 

Defective Products

 

At 4Tailors, we take full responsibility for cases of actual defects or lack of agreed properties, in accordance with Article 5 of Law 2251/1994 for the protection of consumers and Articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code. Your legal rights are not affected by the current legislation.

 

If you discover any damages and/or defects in the product, you can inform us by contacting us at [email protected] or by phone at 2310 699800, stating whether you would like a replacement to be sent to you or if you would like to exercise your right to a refund. You can also request the issuance of a credit note for one fiscal year (discount rates are not taken into account for credits) by sending the relevant electronic order no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

 

There are no shipping costs for the return of defective products.

 

Return for Registered 4Tailors Members

 

If you have registered as a user on our online store, the process for returning the products you have ordered from our website is simple and can be done entirely online through the Returns section. Specifically:

 

a) Fill out the Return Form with the details of your order, the product details, the reason for return, and the return method. After filling in this information, select "Submit". We give you the option to request a refund, issue a credit note, or replace the product with another of your choice.

 

b) Upon receipt of the returned product, update the "My Account" section, and for any subsequent process (such as sending a new product, replacement, etc.), you will be notified through both the "My Account" section and based on the procedure for entering into the new contract (see term 5).
